Default Need info on MSI 760 gpu.

Hello.I'm planning to buy a new gpu this december and the one that I am really eager to buy is "MSI GTX 760 TF 4 GB OC edition". I'd like to know it's current price and whether it's price will drop by december and whether I should use the "oc mode" or "gaming mode". The last gpu I bought was back in 2010 and it's 260 gtx,so I'm sort of a noob here.
    Thanks.

4GB is kinda overkill. And 760 might cost around 22k or higher.
About that oc and gaming mode, use anything u like. No biggy

285 will have 4GB versions as well. There will be many more GPUs coming this December, so decide 1 week before buying.

    7950 vs 760

neutral titile- medal of honor red team wins
    crysis 3 ties

    red team titles-
bf4 dx11 red team wins by a huge margin
    tomb raider red team
metro red team (edit: its green team game but 280 is faster than 760 in that game)

    green team titles
    bioshock green team
    watch dogs green team

    red team advantages 3gb vram...
green team advantages there is a 4gb option though 760 can never fully utilize 4gb... i wonder if they can use more than 3gb

dx12 rumors- green and red team will support it... though we are not sure how many features they will support... so we should not comment about htat at all

mantle news- bf4 huge fps boost.... gta 5 and star citizen will have mantle to give amd an advantage

yeah. moreover r9 280 is noticeably faster than 7950 even if they are basically same excluding some minor tweaks.

I had read somewhere that Direct CU II heat sinks uses the same design on AMD card as Nvidia card, which resulted into crappy performance in AMD cards.
I know its true for r9 290 and 290X, but is it applicable to 280s and 270s?

The direct X 11.2 is supported on 280. The 285 will have freesync and TrueAudio and the 2gb is ok. 3Gb is perfect and 4gb is overkill for the cards at that range.
