That GPU you choose is too weak, go with r7 260x (only 3k more) and choose a cheaper h81 motherboard or casing if you have to instead.

GPU too weak, get the 260X at least or better get the 270X. and yea you could go for the H81 board instead.

GPU is extremely weak.... Their is no point of buying an i5.... GPU will bottleneck everything. If you are planning to upgrade the GPU later may be within 6 months.... then don't buy a GPU at all. Use the IGP till you have enough money to buy atleast 270X if not 280X. And if you dont think you can save 20K-30K within 6 months for a decent GPU then ditch i5. Get an i3, it will save you 6K-7K. Use that on a better GPU such a 270.

How much are you paying for Corsair RAM? I think it cost over 4K which is not at all worth it. Get a regular Ram at cl 11, it wont hit your performance at all and get 8gb minimum.

I dont know how do you plan to upgrade it but your current configuration is extremely unbalanced. You wont get the performance you will be paying for. I suggest you reconsider. AFTER ALL ITS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

He is going to use the Pc now, not 6 months later -.-.

He can still update his GPU later.

The best GPU for this processor is a 290
280X / GTX 770 would be recommended with this processor

You can go with 260X now and later change it when u need an update. 20nm GPUs are coming ahead, when those get released get a High end GPU.

Well, my first question, is it possible to manage cables perfectly in that case?? and if u really want 16 gigs of ram, then why not buy 2x8gb?? your processor doesn't support quad channel!! buy 4gb (if u don't hav money ri8 now, and after some months sell it).. otherwise buy 1x8gb for now, but take h81 and spend rest on GPU.. oh one more thing, plz don't go for 650VA UPS.. at least take 800VA, u won't regret, trust me :/

250X wont perform much better than the IGP. I used the same tactics when i bought my pc. Used IGP to play some older and less demanding games for sometime till i could buy the GPU.

But if @nahid_2701 has no plan for the future and its all about having a full functional system now, then its better he gets i3 instead of i5 and use it to buy a 270 GPU to build balanced system which will give me the most bang for the buck

If he gets an i3, he will have to upgrade his CPU+GPU later.

And he is getting the 260X not the 250X. Getting the 250X wont be good.

Instead he can skip getting the UPS and add those to the GPU.

I think he should get this MSI (crossfire board) ->MSI B85-G41

The heat sink and CPU power phase seems to be better on the MSI.

He can get a 260X now and add another 260x later

it's not that weak!!! It will perform a lot better..
and buying an i5 is a little future proof! and it's more like all-rounder in all type of work... he can change his gpu anytime easily.. but while changing cpu, he may change his mobo as well.. well, try thinking from different aspects!!

agreed with rakib bhai's point. changing a gpu is a lot less hassle than changing your cpu.

get everything else except the gpu and buy one after the 20nms come. also, get "normal" cl11 rams. not much of a performance difference especially in gaming. and watch cable management videos on youtube. the casing u chose shouldn't give u much problem on that. just my 2 cents.

The 250X may be weak but its a lot better than the builtin GPU that comes with i5.

If you are sure you dont wanna buy a GPU later... then go for i3. An i3 will serve you well for 3 yrs no doubt. When it come to playing games GPU is the most important component, then CPU then RAM. i3+270+8GB later upgrade to 16GB and you are done for 3 yrs.

Instead he can skip getting the UPS and add those to the GPU.

I think he should get this MSI (crossfire board) ->MSI B85-G41

The heat sink and CPU power phase seems to be better on the MSI.

He can get a 260X now and add another 260x later
Why will he need to upgrade to an i5 later on? i3 is quite capable. Unless he buys a high end gpu such as 280X or 770, i3 will not be the bottle neck.

I dont think 260X works in crossfire. Do you know how painful it is to set up a working crossfires? He will have to buy a new more expensive PSU again to meet the extra wattage demand. Then there will be the issue of extra heat generated, so he might need to buy another casing for better ventilation or spend a couple of thousands on fans. And dont forget that not all games works nicely with crossfire. Crossfiring anything below 280X or 770 is a horrible idea. Too much cons than pros
