Bro, do u want Intel or AMD?
If you want Intel processors you have to increase your budget slightly to get a future proof gaming setup.

At 20K you cant build a setup for i5. You would need ~25k for i5 cpu and b85 mobo, plus more for RAM, GPU, Casing, Psu and other stuffs.
    For 20K can buy an i3 (~9.5K) and h81 mobo (~5K) with 4GB ram (~3.5K)

For Bangladesh Intel is always better over AMD. That is because the only reason to prefer AMD for its lower price. But in BD AMD costs higher than Intel.
Go to ryanscomputers.com to check out the pricing of different PC parts.

I think you should try AMD for once, A AMD oriented Gaming PC will give you a better performance at same price point of an Intel oriented gaming PC.
    My opinion is,
Processor: any FX series AMD at 11-13K

The AMD FX 8 core processor is a decent one, Its average price in newegg is around 175$ around 14-15k in tk.
At that price point its better than an intel processors, but sadly that advantage is gone here in bd as its more expensive.

And the FX 6 core is better than getting i3 but not i5. You basically get the performance what you are paying for here in BD, just the price advantage is lost.

If you are about to get a CPU/GPU where two brands give the same performance with almost same price. Always get the product which has a lower market share.
If a company grabs too much market share, competition goes away.
When was the last time Intel products had price cut? Look at the ridiculous pricing of the Nvidia TITAN Z.

The other good thing the FX series is that those processors come unlocks and without any features disabled. Intel keep some extensions reserved for i5 and i7s only.

Go 8 core instead of 6.

    Get FX 8320 8 Core @ 14.5k
    and MSI 970 @ 6.5k (supports crossfire)
    Total - 21k

    Or get an i5 @ 15.5k

if you take h81 chipset you will lose ports ( h81 only has 2 usb 3.0 and 2 sata 3.0 port.) apart from this you will get pci-e 2.0 instead of 3.0 ( no problem for single card setup though.)

@GiDDY_SOUL just wait till more members visit the thread and start amd bashing.

Sry, I forgot that AMD 6300 was a AM3+ socket processor. Nd if you buy a i5 it will be a good option.but don't buy a h81 chipet mobo, try something better, as core i5 will bottleneck on features on a h81 mobo.

fx 6300 is an am3+ socket chip.

    around 20k, i5 4460(~15.5k)+h81(~5.5k). 21k!

    Or amd route; fx 6300(~11k)+msi 970a g43(~6.7k). 17.7k!

You should go for Intel if you are not interested in overclocking. Because AMD FX processors are unlocked and if you don't overclock them, you don't deserve to buy them . One more thing is, the AMD stock CPU coolers can't handle the heat released from it's power-hungry processors during operation, causing thermal throttling (personal experience), especially when percentage usage gets near 80%. And since most games have began to use 4 cores nowadays, so, an aftermarket is a must if you buy an FX processor. Also, the AMD processors don't provide the same bang for the buck as they do in foreign countries since they are over-priced in BD
For you, the best setup is an i5-4590 and Asus or Gigabyte H81 motherboard. Both products should be within your budget. No worry of heat or anything. By the way, an H81 chipset motherboard won't bottleneck your cpu -_-

By features i am saying that H81 mobos don't support more than 2 USB 3, 2 sata 3, No SLI etc. And don't have more than 2 ram slots,

Get a 4th gen Haswell i5 and a H81 mobo if you dont overclock, crossfire or SLI. DO NOT BUY AMD if the purpose is gaming.

go with intel. hands down. there is a reason intel have greater market share. at the end of the day, overclocking and stuff just takes up time and money. if you want to simply game and browse and what not, just go with INTEL!!

H81 is a very featureless chipset. It wont affect the performance but you wont have the option to expand in the future if u need to. i5 is a damm powerful cpu capable of utilizing 32GB of RAM and MULTI GPU configuration without being bottle-necked. You might never opt for Multi GPU but I am sure you might wanna use 32GB or at least wanna have the option of 4 ram slots instead of 2.

Do you have 4GB of DDR3 RAM? or are u talking about the RAM from ur older system? If the latter then its not compatible with new mobo. Even if u have 4BG DDR3 ram thats not enough in todays standard. Games are demanding more and more ram so very soon you will need to upgrade.

And a GTX650ti is extremely underpowered for i5. To make the full use of i5 you'll need a much powerful GPU.

The performance of a system depends on every component within the system. As it is said the a chain is as strong as its weakest link. So is a system. An i5 wont do any good to you if rest of the system holds it back. So go for a balance approach. Have similarly powered components within the system.

His budget for mobo and cpu is 20k! why people suggest for feature like sli, 32 gigs ram for a budget builder is beyond my undersatnding! when he will have the ability to buy 32 gigs of ram or go for sli i am sure he will be spending more than 20k for cpu and mobo.
