I m not sure HD5670 will run with normal PSU or not, but HD5570 runs with normal PSU, u can buy that also
U will notice disturbance in graphics such as display gone or other problems..
Yes Mobo can be gone, u have no guarantee!
Manage 1GB RAM also for gaming.

U better not run 5670 with that PSU. If it were 4670/4770, then u'r PSU would be enough. But, for 5670... get Delux 450w for 2k (it will be the best value buy).

    Why? Can u please explain?
HD5670 consumes more power? Or higher TDP?

AFAIK, 4670 runs good in 600 taka's PSUs. And, 4770 consumps 5W more than 4670, so it'll run too.

    But, 9600GT won't run properly in 600 taka's PSUs. And, 5670 consumes a little more power than 9600GT. That's why I said this. :S

    But, TDP wise, u'r right. 9600GT = 95W, 4770 = 80W, 4670 = 59W & 5670 = 61W. So, technically, it'll run.

For normal PSU, I would suggest ATI HD4670.
I also had to buy a mid-range card, which would run with my current built-in PSU. And HD4670 was the answer. It runs every game (every game I tried atleast) at my monitors max res with no problem like over heating, etc.
