Default A Good CPU Cooler Under low budget

Recently, i upgraded my GPU to R7 260x OC 2GB
My Cpu is, AMD Phenom II x6 1055T 2.8Ghz [stock]
    Ram 4+4GB DDR3 1600M
    Motherboard : GigabYte MA78LMT-s2

It was good while i assembled this pc during winter.

But while summer started, FPS of several games were dropping like hell...

so i opened my side panel and put a table fan beside this PC....
    Well, its working like fluid...

So, its obvious that i need a new CPU fan. but i am running low on my budget..
can anyone suggest a good cpu cooler under 5000BDT ?
the lower the price the higher for my pocket...

Cooler Master Hyper 212x/ 412 slim.
didn't use any of those firsthand but they've got pretty good rep and reviews online.

also, try improving the airflow in your case. at times better airflow w/ stock cpu cooler works better than bad airflow w/ good cpu cooler.

I live in a village too, Araihazar, Naryanganj

There is a good chassis being sold in the BG shop, slightly overpriced, you could try and bargain.
