Default UPS, Casing, Speaker buying help

as the title goes...i want to buy
    1. UPS (2-5 min back up needed)
    2. Speakers with sub/woofer (need clear sound specially voice, don't need the best there is but should be durable and of medium to good quality stuff)
    3. casing (i'm thinking of CM scout 2/CM 690 II advanced)

budget ~8k for ups and speakers and another 8k for casing

please suggest me some good deals in the above mentioned price range

    thanks
