You might've messed something up during the assembly. If it's not physically damaged, and is under warranty, you should be fine. Reseat the graphics card, and the memory modules, and set the jumper to clear the CMOS. That should do the trick. Or you just need it assembled by someone who knows what he's doing.

so how did you finally fix it. did you mix up the polarity of the power and led switches [the front panel connectors]?
try to watch a few videos on youtube of how to install cpu coolers. check the videos of ones you are interested to buy. it's not that complicated. if the video seems easy enough, you can give it a try at your own risk. make sure you know how to open you cpu fan and stuff.

try to watch a few videos on youtube of how to install cpu coolers. check the videos of ones you are interested to buy. it's not that complicated. if the video seems easy enough, you can give it a try at your own risk. make sure you know how to open you cpu fan and stuff.
First of all i didn't use any stand for the motherboard and i realized that i can't simply connect it with the casing. Then i found some screw from my previous casing and used them as the stand for motherboard. And finally i discovered that 8 pin connector wasn't connected properly and after connecting it everything worked fine

you mean the motherboard standoffs... the casing you got should have come with the standoffs already installed unless salmanshah bro removed them[don't know why he would do that??] i see, the 4pin/8pin connector for the cpu power, never have guessed about checking that.
anyways, congrats that everything is fixed now and good luck with you cpu cooler

Use the original standoffs if possible, and reassemble it. When someone says "assemble" one would imagine the board is properly installed inside the casing, that includes the standoffs and screws. -_-

The person I bought my HAF 922 from couldn't provide me with all the stand offs so I jacked the packet that comes with a SAN casing, and the stand offs in it were of the same height and proportions.
