R7 260x is better than GTX 650. But it's also more power hungry. ~120w. but the TT LT should be able to handle it...

That PSU is too old, A Phenom at full load and any GPU that consumes above 100W is risky. Better be safe than to be sorry.

i might be wrong. but read a anandtech review back when 750ti got released that it gives a little edge over r7 260x. depends a big deal on the game though.

Get the R7 260X your litepower 450w should barely be able to handle it. If it cant, your system will just shutdown, PSU overload protection will kick in. TT litepower PSUs are crap anyway, get a better one preferably Corsair.

If you have adequate budget for a 750ti, better get a r7 265 which costs a little lower but performs superior to 750ti. It's available at UCC: http://ucc-bd.com/products-1/all-pro...cards.html?p=2

That PSU will suffice for this GPU although it's not good in general.

R7 265 consumes clean 150w. Dont think its a good idea to run it with Litepower 450. Thats actually a 350w psu.
