Default A UPS unit and batteries suggestion

hey guys, as the title reads, i need suggestion about a UPS unit and some replacement batteries.

now, i am using a star 1200VA UPS from 2008 and has served me very well for 3 years or so. i changed the batteries twice[can't recall the battery names] with each then costing 800tk. i use that unit now only for my router and link3 modem. but the batteries have died again as it now gives a backup time of 2-3 minutes. so i plan on buying a new 650-850VA UPS for that purpose alone. read some articles here and power tree UPS was the UPS of choice, so how much is a 850VA power tree going to cost?

i recently bought a rahim afrooz 1000VA UPS and changed the batteries twice officially. once called the RA guys came to my house and collected the UPS and delivered it but i still got max 15-20 min backup[backup was never more than 20mins] with doing MS word or browsing fb or sth. i was never satisfied with this purchase.
2nd time the RA support guys told me that they stopped the home service thingy and i had to manually drop the UPS off to the shop from where i made the purchase and so i did but again to no avail. they were just replacing the batteries with the same half-¤¤¤ quality batteries!!
so my question is since it's a relatively new machine, i was thinking of replacing the 2 batteries manually as i did before with my other UPS. i checked the market and non-chinese better quality batteries cost around 1100-1200tk per piece. and Najifa on 7th floor[who used to sell RA UPS before] said they had panasonic or some branded UPS batte ries each 1500tk.
and a power tree UPS cost 4800tk as Asif bhai said in another post. so should i just buy a new power tree unit. so which would be the wiser purchase?
any and all feedback is welcome.

haha.. very funny @VANGUARD i know it's a bit long which is why all the important stuff is in bold and my actual question is in bold red letters... leave the essay, couldn't you atleast read 2 lines in red. anyways,
1.should i change batteries of RA 1000VA UPS with powertree battery from superior electronics or buy a new power tree 1200VA unit?

@minitt powertree battery costs 1100tk each with 6 month warranty and the same goes for those 'panasonic' batteries i found at najifa on 7th floor. anyway to know if it's original? maybe extended warranty or sth? lemme know
