Default Looking for some advise regarding custom water loop

Hi guys, I've been planing to put together a gaming/Editing pc. I've been away from hardcore gaming lately but got tired of loading screen and the crappy graphics on BF3 . The parts I've chosen so far is an
i7 4770k on a z87 sabertooth or maximus vii hero (can't decide on the mobo yet)
and a Asus rog gtx 780 Poseidon with a 120 ssd as os drive. oh and also 16 gigs of vengeance pro .

I need advise from the veterans regarding some matters.

I am planning to run a custom loop in my system with my cpu and gpu in the loop. as there is a lot of things that are not available in our country, I was wondering is there any shop who sells xspc or any other WC parts in Bangladesh? if not I might have to bring it from abroad but that's another hassle. also I need advise for the casing. my budget is 18k max on the casing. I was thinking about HAF X as it can take a 360 Rad on top but a bit skeptical about the side panel. I prefer a full windowed rather than the ugly fan mesh. also I have plans to add a second GPU and another rad in the system maybe few years from now and I can't get rid of the 3.5" bays as I'll need those for HDD's . any advise/ ideas regarding the case and acquiring the WC parts will be very helpful

if you want my suggestion, i will tell you to change few things - first get x79 system. the asus maximus vii hero has some problem with it doing custom water cooling if you are going to do SLI in future. u can do but it will look ugly which is why I also sold my z87 system and went for x79 with more PCI slots. Its a bit complicated for me being not a pro modder and I assume you are like me. Plus you get the benefit of having to run both gpus @16x. Quad channel memory. etc etc. I will suggest you to go for any x79mb with either 4820k or 4930k both are good enough though the 4930k is priced way higher. so opt for 4820k. and for the case if you can wait and add up some money then get the Corsair 900D. A hell of a case despite being so huge, its meant for custom water cooling with a sick looking side window. i dont know the price in BD market but outside its around 320-350 which is ok for this case. and you can also add up another radiators pretty easily without doing much hassle. Well for the gpu i will suggest you to get the gigabyte gtx 780 OC Rev 2.0 and buy a gpu block from swiftech or xspc or EK. gonna cost you around the same or a bit more but will be better and more good looking while talking single slot and saving you space for future upgrade to SLI with better looking. Thats all. other components are of your choice. but with the setup i told you its gonna look way better and gonna cost a bit more but hopefully you can get over it. and if you get your water cooling components from abroad it might cost you a bit less than buying it from BD.

Thanks for you suggestion bro. sad thing is, going to a x79 system will blow my budget big time. The only reason I was looking towards a custom loop because my room is to dusty for aircooling ( it's so dusty that if you leave something for 2 days it'll look like you left it for 2 weeks) . Also I am a bit obsessed about running my components cooler.. that's why I am stretching my budget for a decent watercooling . maybe a 240 rad kit from xspc coupled with an extra 240 rad . with a gpu block included into the loop. I've already got a way to bring the parts from abroad. maybe i'll include a evga card into the order. hope I can put all these together.

I was afraid someone's gonna ask this . Yes I joined long ago and this is my first post. I was introduced to BanglaGamer by a friend but I had too much at my hand at that time. also I was not in BD lately and was almost disconnected from BD and anything related to gaming. I used to play hardcore wayy long ago during the times of Quake 3 arena. Now I have the time and some money to get into it again...so why not?? Thanks for asking though
