Maybe others can give better advise but here's what our electrician did:
Took a single electric wire and connected one end of the wire internally to the negative point of the wall socket, connected the other end of the wire to the body of the casing.

    Hello.
Here's how I workaround with this issue successfully EVERY TIME. Use a wire (insulated/uninsulated both will do) to connect with casing. If insulated, tear some of it's insulation at both end. You can connect the wire with a screw of the casing but better practice is to connect with power cable's earthing pin (marked with E with grounding sign, top pin). Please be VERY careful with attaching the wire with correct pin, since connecting it with Live/Line pin (marked with L) may cause serious ELECTROCUTION. Find someone to help if necessary. Then connect the other end of the wire with a metallic stuff like grille of window, construction rod etc that is earthed through the building. That being said, don't connect it with door knob, nail or metallic stuff lying on floor or table like steel scales or steel legged bed. It's found out that floor (let it be tiled or ceramic) isn't conductive. I suggest you to use your room's window/veranda grille. Generally it's coated with paint so you need to scratch a little portion of it where you would connect the wire by wrapping around this portion. Now you're done. Feel free to touch the casing and/or the window/veranda grill since both are electrically grounded (i.e. neutral). But first use a electric tester (the one that is used by electricians) to check your casing's body.
সংবিধিবদ্ধ সতর্কীকরণঃ if you don't feel comfortable with electricity, or even don't get this whole idea about what's happening here as mentioned, DO NOT try this by yourself, find someone else to do this for you. I and/or this web forum is not responsible for any consequence resulting by this instruction. It is yours and only yours responsibility to prevent hazards/shocks to yourself.
