duration 10/15/20 sec.
mc 150/100/80.
Causes enemies miss 50% of there attack in 6oo aoe(does not stack)[whoever they attack, they miss],
200% IAS increase[hero gets bonus AS],
burns 30 mana/attack.[hero burns mana for ulti duration].
