    Post Looking for Advice about Tablet

    Hi, i wanna buy a new tab. My primary objective is academic uses like reading books and web surfing. i've 2 tabs in my mind Amazon's kindle fire HDX and Nexus 7 2013. I think i'm gonna get it from amazon.in as local price is way up. (36k for 27k). now Which one will be the best deal for me? Thanks...

    How about this Nook HD + accessories? I mean, if you don't mind buying used goods.

    Unless a FHD display takes your fancy, then your budget shouldn't be high imo.

    Very few people actually notice pixelated text on a 7 inch tablet. I own a Nexus 7.2, the display looks sharp as ever. I only use it to study on the go, so it sometimes look as an overkill for my trivial tasks.

    I have a Nexus 7 2012 edition, got it for academic purposes too. But it turns out I use it much more to watch anime than reading books.

    @Raziel
    Bought it from G&G. Well since you have a smartphone, then you don't need a LTE Tablet.
    Since you're browsing for a tablet, choosing the right screen size does matter.
    Nexus 7 is portable and Kindle HDX boasts a bigger screen.

    I think i'll go with Nexus 7 as kindle HDX ain't available in Amazon.in. And usa/uk amazon asks too much for 32GB 3g/LTE version. BTW anyone knows how much time Fuad vai takes to deliver products from amazon.in?

    Why bother with a LTE? Your S4 can create a WiFi hotspot while on the go and don't you already have WiFi set up at home?
