I use my PC primarily for gaming…My GPU is AMD 7950 and my PSU is 550W…so all I want is a decent CPU for gaming. My old CPU has been bottlenecking my GPU performance all along …I don't want to spend more than 20000tk including the motherboard

Go for an Intel's 4th Generation Core i5 ~3 Ghz.It will be perfect for your money and should not bottleneck your Graphics card.By the way NICE GPU!

If you can increase your budget by 4k, go for i5 4th gen for 15k and H81 board for 4.5k.

If you can't, go for 2nd hand i5 2400 for 10-11k and new H61 for 4k. This is still light years ahead of anything AMD has to offer yet. Have a look at this:

You could either go for the FX 8320-tk14800 or i5 4570-tk16000
    Price source: ryhanscomputer

    Benchmark : http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/837?vs=698
As apps are getting multi threaded i would try to ignore the Single threaded synthetic benchmarks and the FX 8320 gets better on average.

the results are similar, so it is up to you basically. Intel, however has the advantage of hyperthreading that AMD doesn't. However, the 8 cores on the 8320 let tasks be spread out more and dealt with more efficiently. Overall, both are good gaming CPUs, but in gaming the i5 comes out on top because of its single core performance. However, more modern games nowadays are starting to require more cores so the 8320 might be the more long term option. For me, I would personally go for the 8320 and a pretty nice motherboard and overclock the ¤¤¤¤ out of it (with a nice cpu cooler, of course). This way, you could possibly go for ultra-power with the FX-9xxx series. The black edition FX CPUs are enthusiast, so the overclocking is great on it. Final verdict, the 8320 is better price/performance and may be better in the long term.

i guess by now u have the answer, i will echo the same

Lemme know your final increased budget.
If you don't have any point to prove, ask the right question at least or input something of value. When was the last time I played is irrelevant here.

Almost none of the current games utilize more than 4 cores and if they do an FX can even beat an i7.
Any games that use 4 or less than 4 cores the i5 and i7 will win by alot, but you wont be playing older games with a new pc you bought.
You will be playing newer games.

For example Battlefield 4 uses more than 4 cores if not 8 completely and look at the results.

And the benchmark was done on a single player campaign, Multiplier requires more cores.
