    Default Pendrive buying help

You cant get 32GB flash drives that actually deliver high speeds for 1500 taka. There are some USB 3.0 flash drives available for cheap but they do not deliver high speeds. So that's just gimmick.

These have life time warranty and provides consistent high speeds: Link.

    10MB/s is 16GB.
    The 32GB model is 20MB/s.

For your price range, write speed will be low. For example: Kingstone.
USB flash drives always have lower write speeds; even more so when you look at low price range.

if you want more, you can look at this: Link

I dont think you have an USB 3.0 motherboard, do you? If not, you can go for USB 2.0/3.0 would hardly make any difference.
