AMBITION is very sophisticated. Do not lose your ambition. If any person loses his/her ambition, he/she gets effected with a disease.

Abicere Leprous

A fatal disease which is caused by giving up your ambitions. It generally begins with a vesicular skin rash, and quickly spreads and destroys the entire body. It'll take up to three years before the damages are fatal.

Donkeyboy, a famous band, performed a song related to this disease.
The song itself called Ambitions. I'm quite amazed to see what happens if a person loses his/her ambitions. They made up a video song, they have chose real life stories of persons who lost their ambitions.
The Video is quite touchy, so is the lyrics.

Like a silverblade

I cut my way out of control

Some blades will cut you right to the bone

And if somebody's going to make it

And if somebody's going to fake it

Then this somebody, somebody is you

If it's me that was going to take it

Then I know that it wouldn't be straight

And I keep telling my reflection
