    Default Internet rate starting April

    on 23/03/2014 BTCL held a meeting, where they disclosed new pricing/charge rate for isps (in the catagory 3 on 2nd picture).
    what do you guys think about it. when do you think, us, the users will get the benefit out of it ?

    they are lowering the price for the bulk quantity that ISPs buy from them, if they are getting it at lower price, shouldn't we the benefit of it. off course it might apply only to the ISPs those buy bandwidth from BTCL.

    Yeah..smile buys from them but I'm more worried about whether they will actually increase bandwidth. When decreasing internet price the government should make sure that the reduction of internet price actually benifits the users and not the ISPs
