Default Problem with XFX 7950 DoubleD

Hey fellow gamers, I've been really upset with this problem and I just wanted to know IF and WHERE I can fix this issue. So the thing is, suddenly one day when I started up my rig, the screen was all buggy. With weird lines everywhere and it was like a working TV with really bad cable connection. Tried clearing the dust and nothing works. Same thing everytime I start it. Now I'm using my system with an old GPU I had lying around, gigabyte 5770 and am not proud of it at all I'm a bit of a graphics enthusiast and would like pointers as to what I can do with my buggy 7950. Thanks in advanced for all suggestions

Your best bet is to reflow the video memory chips & gpu with hot air soldering gun from mobile repair shop.

Try dispatching an email to XFX and see if they'd allow you to negotiate some sort of a deal with the local XFX importer, which would be UCC. It just might work.
