well. the tv has optical audio output (is it for surround sound ?) and headphn output (I guess normal 2:1 spkr can be connected here).

SO how do I can connect 5:1 spkr with this tv for surround sound?

if you buy all in one system like 5.1 speakers with amp built in then just plug the unit to your tv and set audio output to the unit in your tv. it's simple.

As your TV has no 5.1 analog audio out, you need a HT or speaker system with a built-in decoder with TOS optical input. If your budget is around 35K, go for Logitech Z906 or Logitech Z5500. Later one is currently unavailable in the market but if you are lucky enough, a little search in IDB, ECS and Basundhara city might reveal a last piece. Search in clickbd or cellbazaar if you want to get a used one. Few days ago, saw a Z906 in cellbazaar for 27K with ~1.5 years warranty. Both of these speakers have built in Dolby and DTS decoder with optical input. In my opinion, performance of these speaker systems would be better than affordable / low cost HTiBs.

HTiB is abbreviation for Home Theater in a Box system. These are speaker systems with amplifier built into the accompanying DVD or Bluray player.
