    Unhappy Router problem

I am using Gold package of Smile recently I bought a TP Link TL WR841HP Wifi router but from the first day of usage it shows "WAN port is unplugged" even though i have inserted the plug. Even if it gets connected it disconnects automatically. I returned the router for Warranty and got it back and i checked the router at IDB and it worked fine but after bringing it home same old problem appeared "WAN port is unplugged". i configured the router even my ISP configured it same problem. I am using the same connector for PC to directly connected to internet and it works without any problem but when i insert it in the WAN port of the router it shows "WAN port in unplugged".

It would be very helpful if u could help me.

    Thanks in advance.
