you better change your mind from buying gpu because bottleneck depends on software and games and intensively and more or less every gpu and cpu gets bottleneck, and now if you want to have something which will have less bottleneck with your device, then grab a gtx 650ti or 7790 or any similar gpu and those should be fine with your current setup

What is your budget? I'd suggest you to buy the best you can afford. And then change the cpu/mobo later. But don't compromise on gpu for the sake of "bottleneck". You won't regret in the long run.

so i recommended a 650ti, since i'm already running it with a similar cpu with no bottlenecking. i could be wrong, maybe 750ti is a better choice

If you want to keep this system for a few more years you can buy a second hand GPU for now. Like a HD7770 or a GTX 650Ti.

If you want to change the motherboard and processor in the near future you can buy a powerful card now so that it will still be usable even after changing motherboard and processor .

or you can take a look at some mid or lower mid range cards like

    MSI GTX 750Ti 2GB 16.7K(UCC)
    MSI GTX 750Ti 2GB/1GB(not clear) 13.8K(BDstall)
    Sapphire R7 265 2GB 16K(UCC)
    Sapphire R7 260X 2GB 13K(UCC)
