Lightbulb Who will win the World Cup 2014?

Only 3 months left for world cup 2014, so lets vote and discuss

I am guessing it will be Brazil because of their massive home advantage and good enough squad.

Even though Germany have possibly the best squad in world football right now, but with Joakeam Low as coach, i think Germany's chances are slim.

Argentina should be pretty strong. Brazil has a chance too if they dont break down under pressure.

i also think it will be brazil. I am Italy supporter though. Brazil has the best defenders and good enough forwarded. Not legendary forwards like they have but the defense is too good.

I wouldn't discount Argentina. If Brazil and Germany win all their games then they will face in the semis, so that will a tough game for both teams. On the other hand the other semi final will be Spain/Italy vs Portugal/Belgium/Argentina.

The prospect of a Brazil vs Argentina final is very exciting. I can see Bangladesh being divided into two huge groups for that game.

I'm supporting Belgium and Colombia as teams, and Ronaldo and Neymar as well.

Though i support Argentina but its true that they dont have the temperament to win wc..
People should stop blaming games for allegedly *copying* each other: "oh this game is Skyrim copy", "this game is WoW knock off", "this game is just another DMC" - enough!

On this rate every 3rd person action will be God of War, every 3rd p shooter Gears, every 1st will be CoD.. it's ridiculous. They are called genres people! And if you look carefully you'll see allot more than mimicry out there.

yh their defense and midfield are not good enough for competing against top side, still in home turf they have some outside chance for sure. Only if Diego Costa had chosen to represent Brazil instead of Spain, I would have said Brasil have a 80 percent chance of winning it in their home. But I think it's pretty open now.

I'll go with Brasil, Germany or Spain as probable winner.

Group stage will be pretty intense too, like there is no guarantee who will get out in-between Holland, Spain and Chille from their group.

I'm not a fan of Brazil but voted for them as they have a strong chance to win the cup. I wish it was Italy. Miss that squad back in 2006 You need both talent and skill in the team if you wanna make it to the final. And Italy doesn't have any 'that' kind of talent or skill. I only see Balotelli(non-dependable) and Pirlo but you can't win the title with only two!

Only two? Chiellini, Barzagli and Bonnuci were crucial in Juve's run of 50 unbeaten games last season. Marchisio and of course, the rising star, Verrati are also there. Along with De Rossi and El Shaarawy.

It's not that Italy has a bad team, it's the simple fact that 10 teams (Spain, Colombia, Italy, Argentina, Germany, Belgium, England, Argentina, Portugal and Brazil) have teams good teams.

Out of those, if we think about it, then Italy, Spain, Germany and Brazil will be favourites. If the teams gel then England (Rooney, Sturridge + a solid defense), Belgium (Undefeated in their qualifiers and with a great, albeit young, team) and Colombia (another great squad) will have an outside chance. Argentina has a questionable defense and specially goalkeeper. They can still go far if they score more than their opponents and with Aguero, Messi, Di Maria and Lavezzi, that shouldn't be a problem. Portugal is a very good 'team' and Ronaldo is a great talisman for them, so I guess even they can do well.

I personally am expecting one of the best world cups of my life and I'm pretty sure I will get it.
