If you're looking for maximum airflow, then HAF-X should be the best option. In fact, HAF stands for High Air Flow, so you see what they were trying to do with this series. It also has transparent side panel (minus the fan grill), which comes down to personal preference, really. If you don't put the chassis on top of the desk, it won't matter that much, I believe.

Anyway, I use the Storm Trooper. It doesn't have a transparent side panel but I don't care that much, it stays in a separate compartment of the table. I'm a big fan of the Storm Trooper's looks: it's just sexy! It also has a built in fan controller, and its carrying handle is one unique feature. Instead of getting down on my knees trying to balance the center of gravity, I can simply pick up the ~50 lbs case with one hand and start walking: something you might find useful when it's time to clean the system.

I didn't quite like the appearance of Cosmos SE, so didn't take it into consideration at all.
