First of all, update your gadget. As for that comment, just ignore him and if possible, report. I am pretty sure he would have done the same if he had money and passion for gaming, i.e. bought HAFX chasis.

Besides, I do not see how gaming(except for playing games with explicit graphical contents) is a sinful deed. It is a sport just like cricket or soccer in electronic form, i.e. an esport.

There is nothing wrong with having luxurious things in Islam, as long as you pay your Taxes to GOD (alms and charity to poor).

Moreover, if what you purchased is your business tool, and it improves your income, helps you and eases your hardship, meaning more productive... there is nothing wrong there either.
Quran 6:159 - there is no sunni, shia under Islam.

no offense bro, but is this case really gonna make the system more productive?

apart from that what he( that guy) said is not wrong but again if u follow islam properly,i mean obey all the rules and then buy a case with halal income then nothing is wrong with that i guess.

I also have a good casing. but i feel uneasy to buy this type of exotic product , as these are not directly prohibited by islam, but very big obstacle in the road to follow the way our prophet (S) had shown .
Amar exact mone nai, but ek jaegae porsi,
But hey i also have a inwin dragon rider with gigabyte 1200w odin pro....

But I didn't mean his case... I meant things in general, under Islam.

Frankly speaking Islam does not forbid spending. If you have money to take care of your basic needs, paying Zakat and then have money left which will not be spent then buying things like this is not haram. Accumulating wealth for a lifetime and not spend a single dime is actually bad. The person who made that comment should not have done so if he does not know whether you are a rich person (assuming YOU ARE a rich person). Don't comment on what he said but keep it in mind because he gave good advice.

Please do take a look at this: http://www.quranandhadith.com/wealth...late-or-spend/

I don't know how much of it is accurate but you be the judge of that.

P.S.: This is my own opinion so if I have said anything wrong, offensive feel free to correct me.

Allah never mention the name "god". So do not use it if you are a muslim. Apart from this I am agree with you.
