    Default After Sell Service

Salam Guys.....can any one suggest me which computer retailers give good after sell service. Most of the shops in IDB and Multiplan center is like , when u buy a pc or peripherals they will be like an angel and when u come for after sell service or repair they will treat u like a devil (aro kharap gali ditam). So some good suggestion and experience will help us to select best pc retailer in Dhaka city......

I always liked Binary Logic in Multiplan Center
n since I'm regular in Startech I faced almost minimum hassle for my 3 HDD replacements and some other repairs..but nowadays they take time to do stuffs :/
I remember 2-3 years ago they would complete any services in 2-3 days :/

From my personal experience, these are good at the moment:
    Binary Logic
    UCC (yes UCC)
    Computer Source

I don't like Startech, they tried to scam me once with a 33k product during sales... luckily I caught them red-handed.

They tried to sell me an i7 CPU with broken Security Seal as Brand New. The box itself looked very dirty, had tears and folds all over, like a discarded box. So I examined it thoroughly, that is when i noticed the broken Security Seal which they tried to repair with clear adhesive tape. The CPU might have been used or maybe it was a cheap tray version, who knows... the point is, they lied and tried to scam me.

UCC is great these days, I had to rma something last week.

They didn't even ask about anything, I went, dropped it off -- told them it didn't work. They said to give them 5 business days, I went back after that, and got a new board.

    No complaints, would buy again.

FLORA's customer service starts when u enter their store and ends when u have purchased anything off them. They only somewhat suck-up to corpo clients. Even their store ppl r uncouth and indifferent. They were once our suppliers.

MOstly, these guys thought, consumers do not matter (which was prety much the case 10-15 yrs ago). They thought whateva we excrete consumers gotta lap that up. Now that they r getting an answer, they r changing their tune. Look at UCC.

Alongside good stores, make a list of bad stores.

Avoid global like the plague, total shitheads working there.

Their pre-sales service is disastrous, think of how ¤¤¤¤ it'll get when you actually need after-sales.

    Avoid at all costs.

My thumbs up goes for UCC and Binary logic.....They know how to grab the potential buyer with helpful marketing behavior and after sell service is joss. aside from some employees
My thumbs down is for Globalbrand..mone hooy sob Bill Gates ar pola. ogo sathe kotha koiteo dor lage. bad luck that i had to face them becoz of Asus and Cooler Master. not helpful at all
Smart BD to kotha kowar ee somoy nai...though they are wholesellers.....
