    If you don't know why to need to update Bios then i'll seriously advise not to meddle with it. BTW bios update helps to stabilize your system, updates HDD supports, better OC ETC.

    If u have AI suite, you can update bios by using ''Asus update/ USB bios flash''. They can check for latest bios available for your motherboard and is much more simplified program. You can also download latest bios file and update it by yourself.

    i presume he really doesnt want to know how to update bios. he only wants to sell his product. these are mostly his attempt to increase post count. or may be new technique of spamming.
