Default HELP: Cheap Tab for reading books (Walpad maybe?)

Hi, I need a cheap tab for reading books. Budget 10-15k. I don't care about anything except screen quality. 1080p playback support would be nice but not required. Sim support is not necessary. I don't want to pay premium for sim support.
Anyway I'm considering Walpad 8. But confused which one to get 8w/7/8b. Also if any other options are worth considering please mention. Also can bring nexus 7 16GB from india but that's too much hassle where Walton's showroom is like five minutes distance from my house.

And another thing which resolution is better for reading 1280x720 or 1024x768. Of course 720p is better but I think 16:9 is too narrow for reading without zooming plus 7 inch is kinda small for reading to my taste. Should I get the 8 inch or the 7?

If any of you own the walpad please let me know.

For reading books screen quality is the most important think.

You can get a Nook HD+ from usa. I got one for my sister. Really really good. Price was total around $198 i think.

But this is not available in BD

Hmm... Nook HD was the first thing that came to my mind but not available in BD. I'm getting Walpad 8 because it has 8" 4:3 ratio (like books) and IPS OGS display.

I wanted to, maybe Nexus 7 2012 but that's too much hassle for me.
@avas911 bro, I have two tabs in mind. One has OGS IPS and other is just IPS but has 1000mAh bigger battery. Does OGS matter cause I read somewhere it slightly improves quality. Is it significant? Or should I get the one with bigger battery?

People should stop blaming games for allegedly *copying* each other: "oh this game is Skyrim copy", "this game is WoW knock off", "this game is just another DMC" - enough!

On this rate every 3rd person action will be God of War, every 3rd p shooter Gears, every 1st will be CoD.. it's ridiculous. They are called genres people! And if you look carefully you'll see allot more than mimicry out there.
