Default System Fan & CPU Fan Speed Control

Recently i purchased a B85M-D3H Motherboard and I am failing to find the automatic fan speed setting in the BIOS.

Reading the manufacturer's manual and google didn't help much.
The 4 available options I can find was:
    1. Silent
    2. Normal
    3. Manual
    4. Full Speed

Isn't there supposed to be an automatic setting which would increase CPU & System(Casing) fan speed when things get hot and slow it down if I am not fully utilizing the PC?

What other options can I select to get the best performance out of my system?
    A. Degrading fellow human beings over the internet is the only way for social rejects to feel any sense of empowerment whatsoever

    B. If one party understands something that the other party doesn't, degrading that person leads to an enhanced self-perception of intelligence

    C. The internet is a clear depiction of our natural aggression towards each other as a species, that will undoubtedly wipe itself off the planet at some point in time.

Manual and normal are both automatic for gigabyte. In manual you can set the speed curve by defining the pwm value and it normal it will be the default curve.
