Default suggest for a gaming CPU :: budget 45k

my friend is buying a new PC

    gaming
    is the main purpose

    resolution : 720p

    budget : 45k

    following things are required :-

    • Processor
    • Mobo
    • GPU
    • PSU
    • RAM

one more question : will it cause any significant blurring of the image if he plays games at 720p res on a 1080p capable monitor? He is not buying a full HD monitor only because of this fear !

A little bit correction, sapphire 270X duel -x is 18.5k (don't go for vapour-x) and i recommend at least TT SE 530(5k) or Corsair CX500(6k) for this card. Both are 80+ bronze and both have Sufficient Amperes at +12V. Go for an i3+B75 combo.

    i5 3rd gen ~17k

    h61 or 75... should be 5k-6k

270 dualx 17-18k (ucc te silo koyekdin ageo... ekhon shesh hoye jete pare ora bollo gpu khub fast bikri hoitase)
270=200% 270x with very slightly underclocked. u cant oc it w/o prob

corsair psu should be around ~5.5k

    4gb ddr3 ~3k

    total <50k

and this config can run anything 1080p

FAQ: y budget 5k more? he's going to buy next 2/3years rig.

y i5 where u can save bux with i3? future proof... same reason.

y 4gb ram? he can always increase it if he wants more. (please note i had problem with bf4 using 4gb ram. and stupid pragoitihashik protibondhi call of duty ghosts has 6gb ram lock )

    my bad then.
well for the power supply, it provides 30Amp on 12V Rail which equals to around 360W. HD270X consumes maybe 150W Top, the CPU itself say 100W only 250W so far. and if we add the MOSFETs(on the DC to DC conversion) loss and other 12V component, i dont think it will cross 360W.

but ofcourse, if he can buy a more beefy power supply, sure.

and the reason y i said AMD is, i found two information lately, 1 few benchmarking was biased and 2 next gen stuffs that are coming might be benefited from more cores rather than pipe-lining.
    look at the benchmarks
    http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/700?vs=677
    http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/348...3_i3-3220.html

one more thing is, i dont think a 270X can get that much frame to bottleneck any of these CPUs so, yeah why not.
(and my personal experience, machine with a 4300 runs snappier than the machine with a i3 3220)

and i dont really recommend anyone to buy i3. but if he wanna buy an i5 sure go for it.
