    Question Need Processor Buying Help (Intel)

    which one should i go for ?? 4th genaration i7-4770K or 3rd genaration i7-4820K ?? Or you have some other suggestions ??

    just for the curiosity how about i7-4930K ?? this could be a another option

    What's ur primary purpose.. If gaming then 4770k with eyes closed and spend the rest in gpu..

    ooo then 4930K cpu will be better.

    4930K is not server cpu. I think Xeon is the server series.

    AFAIK intel hasn't release their 4th generation 6 core CPU. do the performance deffer in between 4770k and 4930k in a big picture ?? though 4930 will be better in multi-thread app.
    Yeah since you mentioned virtualization and programming, 4930k will be better. 4770k will be the next best option for you.

    4770k does not support virtualization (vt-d). 4770 support virtualization (vt-d).

    and will vote for Gigabyte GA X79 UP4
