Nope. Not just BD... Its not seperately available in any retail store around the globe including Malaysia, U.S.A.
It conly comes as bundled with Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows in the box. So you might wanna look for the Wireless controller itself... cuz the receiver is never sold seperately unless baught directly online from Microsoft.

Just a heads up to anyone going to buy this, the receiver won't auto install, windows will say its driver is unavailable. You have to force install the driver by doing the following:

    Right click on Computer
    Go to Properties
    Click on Device Manager
Right click on the Unidentified Device
    Go to Properties
    Go to the Drive tab
    Click on Update Driver…
Browse my computer for driver software
Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
Windows Common Controller for Window Class
Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows Version: 2.1.0.1349 [8/13/2009]
    Update Driver Warning
    Click Yes
Microsofts own hardware doesn't work flawlessly. The driver that you'll get from the disc will be blocked by windows, so you have to do this. Its working for me, tested with Ninja Blade and Crysis Warhead, both had forcefeedback as well.

Btw, I'm on Windows 7 x64, the problem might me exclusive to this only.

Mine installed by iteslf, using win 7 x64. no extra driver required and connects all the Xbox controllers including Forcefeedback wheel, 2 pads and guitar hero pack...

One important thing though, the market is full off chinease fake Xbox controllers and batteries... and they are very difficult to differentiate from the genuine ones.

I doubt its fake, when googling I found dozens of posts with the same issue. For some it worked for some it didn't. When did you get yours? Maybe they did a hardware revision. I also found a hardware solution for this problem.

Edit: On 2nd thought, it might be fake.
