Thread: 1 day WC3 workshop

  1. #1

    Default 1 day WC3 workshop

I would like to do a one day Wc3 workshop where people will come discuss their problems with the game, watch replays and understand basic factors of the game. This will help us go to a new level and maybe we can think of ways to take this gaming scene of Wc3 to a higher level. Those who have problems with blocking or surrounds or target changing or micro or macro, I will try to solve all this kinds of problems for them. I myself might need some help or maybe learn something from u guys, which will lead to a wonderful and helpful experience. If anybody is interested in this plan, plz leave a cmmnt behind and maybe we can arrange a suitable venue on a suitable day

Reaper I understand you have internet issues but I am telling this to everyone anyway the reason I said so is that playing different players whether they are good or not you gain lot of experience.

An example could be: The Panda strat used by Elfs vs Human as first Hero isn't that common these days but I have seen many players using such strats in GG, now when we see replays we can understand the counters but such strats aren't seen much in Pro level gaming but so you may not know the strat may find yourself in a bad situation just because you did not know the strat.

Anyway final thing I would like to add is, if you can't accept lossing then don't play this game infact no games.I have seen lot of players quiting after they lost. WCG eer time 5-6ppl who lost to GB/REshad/me/flame etcsaid they would play on Hellcraft to improve but I haven't seen any of them yet. Anyway jara akhon ase tara valo khele, James and Monk have really taken ORCs to a higher level....kill3r and GB just keep better and better SO COME ON BD WE CAN DO IT JUST HAVE A BELIEF

IMO all the Warcraft that gets played, gets played online. I haven't heard of any WC3 LAN Tournament other than WCG. So yea, I guess people who want to play WC3 need to be able to play it online from home.

Most of 'those' tournaments are off limits to us cause of 'host lags'. Tournaments in HeLL should be playable by BD Public (since the server is in BD!), but there are barely anyone from BD who play. WC3 does not require a very good connection, the connection just has to be stable, ie. no packet loss. Ive played with 8kB/s lagless.

But thing is, there isn't much WC3 players in BD. Reasons are that...
    - Its difficult to play WC3 at a higher level (too much micro/macro,etc)
    - It requires a brain to play it, something which many people lack.
    - RTS is boring to many people as the action happens lategame...

We just need something to promote the game... while it lasts.

    EDIT: My sig rules?
