Default WiMAX good for cs source?

ok, so I took our local isp broadband for 2000 taka (connection fee) and 1000 taka per month, its kinda good but may sometimes lag on cssource... I get about 20 to 25 kbps download speed..

3 days later I went to my mama's house to see him using a Wimax connnection... He bought that wimax modem for 2000 taka and gives 1400 taka per month and gets abt 50 kbps download speed..

So, did I make a wrong choice by taking the crappy local line? Should I go for Wimax?

R u talking about Speed or playing CS?
Wimax has a download limit, so even if you can play CS with it smoothly (which is not even possible in dreams), you will be BW capped in a day!!
Normally you will face very high ping and a lots of Lag!!

First you need to ask if its even possible to game on Wimax. I won't go as far as to say it isn't unless I run a few tests first. Try pinging the servers using your uncle's connection, if its stable and <80ms then borrow the modem for a day and try it out.

Definitely never in BD. And outside, if you have a really stable Wifi, you can play, as I've seen. Wires FTW.
