Just a little update: I will be reviewing the applications and contact the ones I see (best) fit through out this week.
but that doesn't mean they will be accepted right away.

I will explain their jobs in detail and some other things that they must do/take responsibility of.
They will only be accepted after they agree. If they don't, the next one is line will be contacted.

Also, the final list will need approval from SRS.

Its gonna be an important decision for Banglagamer, I think Admin and Directors should take as much time as they need to select the perfect mod for us.

update: still working on it.

a forgot to write this in the initial post. some members might need to change their nick if they get selected (as editor/global mod/forum staff).
this is because they will be getting official banglagamer.com email addess using their nick and they have to use this email address for all BG related things.
so nick must contain only the things allowed as an email address (alphanumeric and _ .).

about email: everything is like gmail (interface, inbox space etc) except the address will be @banglagamer.com
