    Default Busted while downloading/uploading torrent

Think it's a free-for-all upload/download frenzy using BitTorrent or peer-to-peer networks like Limewire? It can be until you're busted. Anti-piracy organizations stay glued to those channels, waiting for a chance to pounce on file sharers.

One Pirate Bay uploader discovered just how hard they pounce, especially when crashing through the front door.

TorrentFreak reports that anti-piracy outfit Antipiratgruppen was casing the file sharing network scene when it spotted one Pirate Bay user with a Danish IP uploading a "screener copy" of the Anders Matthesen movie "Black Balls." The group collected the evidence it needed, and then asked the court to force the user's information from TDC, the accused's Internet service provider. With the identity and location at hand, the group armed itself with an officer, a warrant, and then raided the uploader's house. What they discovered was a huge pirate booty containing several hard drives, a web server and more.

"We are waiting for the IT expert’s report on yesterday’s action, but there is no doubt that he is behind massive violations of copyright," said Maria Fredenslund, lawyer with Antipiratgruppen.

Fredenslund said that the Pirate Bay user uploaded "a handful of movies" and a small number of music torrents. Fredenslund called the Pirate Bay uploader a "big fish" because he was the first to make "Black Balls" available on the Internet.

His eventual fine will be based on how many files he actually "traded."

first of all i am sorry for not reading the entire post.
but,i think we(the bd people) don't need to worry about it for few years more........yes of course it's not safe to download like this from countries like U.S & U.K.......but,u know the new gen kid......there always an alternative to it........so,the solution called bit torrent securer or something like that.......yes u have to pay for the service but, they will give u guaranteed security. if our country somehow get the law. i don't think there will be trouble thinking for the solution

I personally think there should be measures taken against antipiracygruppen.org.At the Very first of the setup of BitTorrent, there is a agreement, which asks you shouldn't use torrent for financial benifits, you will use it for your personal purposes.
akhon software developers der jinish bhalo lagle to amra kini ee,naki?akhon, eishob bole laabh nai, software devs pray ee erokom chechrami kore,
