    Default need help about e2160 and e5200

    i bought a xfx gts 250 recently and my old e2160 is bottlenecking my gpu......now if i upgrade to a e5200 will it help??????

    If you oc the cpu you have the problem shld lessen....go for the e7500 c2d one...its 8.6k...and it will be the best choice for you...e5200 is a 2.5ghz chip it is ok i guess...atleast will be better than your cpu now....but ocing the one you have you can reach 2.6ghz....

    Well if you OC E5200 you can hit 4 GHZ with a safe temp Even a E5200 OCed to 3.2 should be enough to support a GTS 250.

    kon mobo use kortesen ? G31 e E5300(2.6 GHz) ke OC kore maybe stock cooler e 2.9GHz reach kora jaite paare. :S but avas vai, amar mone hoi extra 3.5k spend kore E7500 neya uchit hobe na,, coz it's a dual-core too. :S

    Kisu cpu hungry game like GTA4 ba open world game sara onno gulate bottleneck korbe na.
    3GHz e overclock korle better hobe.

    Overclock na korle PDC E5400 2.70 GHz better hobe . Price prai 5.6K taka.

    8.5K+ diye C2D na kine ekebare C2Q kena better hobe.

    e2160 can be oced to 2.6ghz easily almost most of the time without any voltage driving....so you shld oc your proc first...and see what happens....

    Gigabyte P35DS3L with Asus Silent square cooler. Gigabyte G31 plus stock cooler diye (mota ta) at least 3 GHz hit kora uchit.
    R E5200 n E5300 er majhe temon kono difference nai, duitar e OC performance same.

    E5400 willl be great.....current market price 5300....it has got 13.5 multi whereas E5200 has 12.5...so better oc capability.........

    yap amar ta revision 3.3.....i've oced my processor to 2.2 but it reaches 75 degrees...:O.....maybe there's something wrong with my cooler or something.....and btw murad bhai i'm sorry about what happened today....let me tell u the main thing here....i saw a guy selling a e5200 in clickbd.....so ami amar processor er ad dilam clickbd te......pore oi chele k phone korar por oi chele bollo j processor naki bikri hoye gese...........so apnar cousin k mana kora chara r kono way chilo naa...

    overclock korle temp onek bere jai...amar idle temp thake 49-50 er moto....but load e temp onek hoy...
    maybe i need to buy a cooler or something....btw if i use a e4600's stock cooler will it help???? my friend bought an aftermarket cooler for his e4600...so i'm gonna take his stock cooler and give it a shot....

    R oi pro ta kinte na pere neotheone ke jeta dite cheyesilam oi pro ta niye gese se amar kase theke. Neotheone abar amar e2160ta kintbe bole tar e7400 ta sell kore diyese .

    2.2ghz e temp eto beshi ! E2160 Stock sinkfan diye 2.7~2.8ghz porjonto easily oc hoi.
    Heatsink ki p4 er moto na soto ta? E2160 er duita revision e cooler dui rokom thake.

    Bujhlam na....2.2 te to ato temp kono bhabei hoina....ami 2140 re 2.6-2.7 ghz e chalaisi...tokhono eto temp hoi nai....:S...cooler ar thermal paste thik nai mone hoi.....

    amar xfx gts 250'r load temp 69-70 after playing mass effect for about 3 hours and idle temp is 49-50...is it normal????

    going into the bigger heatsink will definitely lower ur temp but 75' is too high...even my e2180 oced @3.0 shows max 60'......make sure that ur heatsink is properly connected & u did not overvoltage ur cpu....

    Reset all your voltage levels to normal...some mobos when set to auto over volt the chips unnecessarily...And do check your cooler and contact with the chip...if you dont have these problems than it might be a faulty processor...but its really unlikely....so check these out first...

    bought a e5200 from murad bro and OCed @ 3.0.......bottleneck kore na r...but gta 4 still pera dichhe... but i'm getting very good fps in other games...

    E5200 @ 3.0ghz r gts250 1gb diye gta4 onek valo run korar kotha.
    Use the latest patch. And change ur operating system. Try using win xp or win7.
    R ekhon load temp koto?

    61 after running p95 for an hour or so.....game khelle 53-55 er modhhe thake....
