    I would say gigabyte ga-g41-us2h....Its around 5k...And its a g41 board but is a ultra durable 3 certified board...so it will be bery stable and very much OCable....

    Or you can get a ecs P43 board....but i dont know about the quality...

    I'd reckon u bump up the budget a bit higher, g41 is pci e 1.0 as far as i know, On the other hand g43 is pci e 2.0 and can fully utilize the capabilities of the new pci e 2.0 graphics cards, so i'd say go for g43 instead of going for g41.
