    Default R9 270 or 650 ti boost or HD 7870 for 768p gaming?

    Hello everyone,

    I am planning to buy a graphics card for my pc, budget is BDT 25,000 (with psu, can be extendable a little). as my display resolution is 1366x768; I have confined my choice between three cards:

    1) GTX 650 ti boost 2GB
    2) Radeon R9 270
    3) Radeon HD 7870

    As usual, 650 ti boost is stock out, the arrival of R9 270 is stopped due to political instability, only HD 7870 is available. Sellers(UCC/RISHIT/Computer Source) are saying to wait for 1 week. But you know, I dont think our political instability will be lessened by a week. And suddenly AMD has increased their price of 280x, 290 and 290x. If they increase the price of 270, I wont have the ability to purchase that. And I dont wanna talk about the 650 ti boost, its always stock out.

    What do you think? Should I wait 1 week for 270/650ti be? or purchase of HD 7870 will be a better decision?

    Get 7870+a good psu(corsair is good)

    7870 will cost 19k and the card is more than enough for 768p

    7870GHZ = R9270X....take the 7870 @ around 19000.

    If u want a new outlook for 7870 then wait for R9 270X for a increased price..
    People should stop blaming games for allegedly *copying* each other: "oh this game is Skyrim copy", "this game is WoW knock off", "this game is just another DMC" - enough!

    On this rate every 3rd person action will be God of War, every 3rd p shooter Gears, every 1st will be CoD.. it's ridiculous. They are called genres people! And if you look carefully you'll see allot more than mimicry out there.

    One thing I wanna ask; last day I visit the ECS Computer City and IDB. In ECS, a sales person from Startech Enginnering said that current Sapphire edition cards (HD 7870) are not original, and customers are giving more complains about the HD 7870;
    IS IT TRUE? Thats why I became confused yesterday ....

    If I want to buy it from Ryans Computers, will it be good?

    Many ppl here using this card..And Sapphire card are the most Reliable budget cards in BD..
    The sad part is Sapphire dealer is UCC, but recently they changed a lot..

    bullshit, just get it from UCC.
    and u need a very sophisticated industry for doing that. i dont think anyone will do that.

    btw I will vote for 7870 if available, i guess 660 is also a good choice but it might not be available nymore.

    and if u can extend ur budget maybe 760 would be a very good choice.

    Thank you everyone for the quick reply. Last thing, today I called to Ryans Computers and they said that, HD 7870 is stock out. Then I have only one option:

    Zotac GTX 760 (still dont know its the normal edition or AMP! Edition)

    I can somehow manage the money, but my question is: How good are Zotac cards? are they reliable?

    When they say "not original", they usually mean refurbished. Be very careful when buying things; try to buy from reputable places where you will get good warranty.

    Then again, many reputable top dogs import refurbished (and Chinese copy-cats). And the upcoming warranty policy will leave customers dry.
    The abuse of greatness is when it disjoins remorse from power.

    How good is Zotac? I mean durability, if I use a TT Smart 530w PSU with that ....

    O..Zotac is a very good brand as far i know...
