    Default Pentium 4 Overclocked!! Suggestions?

Okay, so I was really fed up with my CPU perfomance, so thanks to shaikh_imtiaz on this post I successfully Overclocked my PC, but I'm confused about the temperature level and the overclock percent.
    Please see the picture below:

When I firstly changed the numbers from BIOS, my PC was not starting, it said something about:
    Default Value:
    200
    Maximum Value:
    600
So, at first, i gave 470(LOL) and i saw that DRAM Values are also increasing, so I saved and restarted my PC, and LOL, it wasn't starting, then I opened my casing and opened the battery(mobo) and put it back and thus the values on Mobo was reset, so then I set the value to 240(or 237, i forgot, lol) and then my pc started(sigh).
Then i phoned Dipanzan, he said to keep the temp below 80C, so, with help of the softwares(In the picture above) i saw that the Temperature is below 80C, but it may increase, i didn't burn it for long(lol).
And the Everest Home Edition says that i overclocked only 19% :O, I'm getting quite good perfomance at Crysis(you know how FPS eating game is this).
Ok, i need some suggestions, i don't know if it's okay to keep this overclocking settings or to lower it.
    Thanks.

BTW, some CoreTemp does not support Intel Penitum 4 Processors, so i used SpeedFan.
    DOWNLOAD SPEED FAN

EVEREST HOME EDITION gives you every information about your pc, but this program is a little backdated, but it'll work(as for me)
    DOWNLOAD EVEREST HOME EDITION

BTW, i just noticed that today is 1 Year of my account, so happy birthday to my account, thanks to toukir95 for reminding me
