Default Which brands radeon 7950 is available now?

I will be buying 2 radeon 7950 this month.I have looked at Ryans and UCC website and only found Sapphire brand's.Is MSI,Asus 7950 available now? Also what's the current exact price of this card?

I would have to run them in a 850watt psu according to sapphire website.Thinking of getting this one, although it is 50watt low,is it okay to handle 2X7950:

    http://www.ucc-bd.com/thermaltake-li...on-80plus.html

    My pc currently has Gigabyte G31 motherboard,Intel daul core E5200 2.5ghz cpu,2GB DDR3 ram

This is not for gaming but other work.I would really like to hear from experts we have here.

How many threads are you going to open for only one purpose ??????????????????? stop creating new threads . and use these
    http://banglagamer.com/showthread.ph...d-be-available
    http://banglagamer.com/showthread.ph...of-these-cards ..
change everything . your current setup will seriously bottleneck the cards you want to buy .

the thing is... he wants a 7950 for something other than gaming, guess mining if so it will be okay, G31 will pull it down to PCI Express 1.0 but still it won't loose much potential! but two of these cards? how ? as far as I know G31 doesn't have any CF board.

apart from that Sapphire's card is pretty good.

You got me.I will be mining litecoins.Cpu,hard drive isnt a issue here.Gigabyte G31 has 1 PCI Express x16 slot,1 PCI Express x1 slot and 2 PCI slots.

Can I plug one of the cards into a PCI slot and get full performance or do I need some extension cable?

without 2x pci express x16 how can you put 2 cards? And you even cant find any x series mobo's this time, and whatever the purpose is even with a single 7950 the dual core processor will have a huge bottleneck

yes you can use the x1 slot to use it with a x16 card, u will need a x1 to x16 adapter(I don't know if that is available in our country) , but u won't be able to do CF, maybe u can use them independently.moreover putting a Gen 3 x16 card in a Gen 1 x1 slot.... it might work well but why don't you just upgrade the system a bit?

this card is no more available in our country i guess.

Buying 2X7950 and a 800 watt psu will cost me a lot of money.I don't need crossfire. Is there any cheap motherboard with much more pci x slots?

Which card are you saying is no more available now?

    21st centuries buzzword! BOTTLENECK!

anyway it will HUGE bottleneck if its for gaming purpose but if he perform purely CPU based OR GPU based work it won't bottleneck(or bottleneck much).

you can use CPU/GPU whatever u want for rendering, if ur software supports. CPU intensive workloads doesn't even need a good GPU, so does the GPU intensive apps.

and its not possible "without any support" you cant just remove ur CPU and work with that system.
