you can look for a second hand gigabyte G41 motherboard.

    i5 3470 + H61. B75 if budget allows. Don't even think of investing in new g41.

    1) with a 4th gen processor you'll need a mobo that supports 4th gen proc. which is costly..
    2) theres not much of a difference h61 and b75..also/but h61 will cost less..so you can get an 3rd gen i5+ compatible mobo at or below 20k (assuming budget is an issue)
    3) if you dont plan on using your desktop much (gaming or work) then buy a 2nd hand mobo for your old system and buy a laptop

Bro.. Dont invest in the old system anymore. Better sell your processor and buy new processor and mobo. You might consider a setup with 3rd gen core i5+h61/b75 or 3rd gen dual core+h61. The later would cost a lot less and would be a fair system with your current gpu. You will also have some money left for your laptop.

In that case, sell your core2duo and get a G2020 + H61. You'll still have room for future upgrade. It'll probably cost you 9k.

As others mentioned already, sell your CPU and get a G2020 + Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV rev 2.2 MB........for around 9k. Or buy a new Foxconn G41 mxe or Elite G41 MB for 3k. Buying new CPU+MB will be better in long run if budget allows.

Yes, warranty 2 years, I bought Foxconn g41 mxe in 2010 with 3200 tk, so it will be around 3k now if its available, call this dealer's number to be sure..01730067527. Both of this company's H61 MB also priced around 3400 tk.. link.
