Default Does Visa And Mastercard from our local banks really work?

I need a credit card to pay online. After having a look around I found our local banks provide them.I have to open an account in Dutch Bangla Bank.Their Visa cards cost like BDT 1000-1500 per year. Now I can't find out if they will work internationally or not.I mean I have to be able to pay at any website accepting Visa card.

So do they work, anyone tried them?

You must have a MRP Passport/ National ID Card, 18 years of age and TIN No. (Income tax), PCC to even qualify for a Credit card ( MasterCard/Visa).

the DBBL card works fine online. But it is prepaid debit card, not credit and I think the amount is limited. Only for legitimate reasons I think you can load high amount of dollars.

You can also do it from a cafe owner who runs his cafe near Bijoy Soroni. Cafe Name: Cafe D Cave . He will charge 80tk/dollar though. If you need more info I can provide you his cell phone number.
