You can go for the sapphire toxic 4850(OCed) 512mb and a tt400watt(Litepower).will cost 10000tk+3200tk.if you increase your budget then you can go for the xfx or sapphire 4870 which will cost around 15000(card price) with the same psu.

Get the HD 4850, any brand will do. As for the PSU, get the TT TR2 420W. I also suggest getting an extra 1GB RAM, that'll speed things up by a whole lot.

DO NOT GET THE TT PSUs. Get asus 500w one. It will cost you around 4.5k. And get the Gigabyte 4850 turboforce edition. Sapphire will give you 1 yr warranty. Gigabyte will 2yr. So i say gigabyte. And gigabyte is selling their 4890 for 16k now.

Oops, forgot about the ASUS PSUs. OP you can get that instead of the TT, it'll perform the same but has a lower price tag. Since you're buying after 3 months you should try to get one of the 4870s, the price should drop quite a bit by then.

ASUS PSUs are available @ Global Brand
GPUs are available @ UCC (XFX and Sapphire), Global Brand (ASUS), Smart Tech (Gigabyte), and Com Valley (MSI)

A standard HD 4870 1GB should be around 15k right now. HD 4850 512 MB should be around 10k. Btw, don't bother with the 1GB version of the 4850, it doesn't have much of an impact on gaming performance. I'd say go for the 4870+ASUS 500W combo after 3 months.
