Unhappy Help me to solve dump of physical memory

    Dear All:

My PC was working fine but last month my gpu which ati 4850 damaged after then i am facing dump of physical memory problem. Now I am running on built in pci card. most of the time my pc hangs for a while then shows dump of physical memory then re start. i have 4 ram slots and i am using 1 x 1 one Gb ddr2 ram. i had changed the ram slots even tried to run my pc by single ram one by one. but no solution. still facing dump of physical memory problem after 10-15 min consecutively. Specially if i try to watch movie then the problem becomes horrible. Initially i thought the problem was for my HDD or sata cable. so I bought a new WD green 1 TB HDD with new sata cable. but still the problem is same. 3-4 years back i faced same problem. I tried many things to solve it but finally after changing the sata cable the problem was gone. now i dont know what to do. so please guys help me with your experience and guide me to solve the wired problem. My current pc configuration is:

processor: Quad core (have forgot the model no. but there is only one 65 nm quad core processor)
    Mobo: Gigabyte 965 GM S-2
    gpu: built in
Ram: 2 GB transend. 1 GB each
    power supply: fortrex 600 w
    HDD : 1 TB WD
    DVD writer: HP
one external real tech lan available.

insert only one ram. start the windows. after the desktop comes alive. go to my computer>properties>advance system setting>startup & recovery settings>uncheck "automatically restart" under system failure. this will prevent the ur pc from restarting if a blue screen appears. & gives u enough time to see the problem. ur main target would be find the driver or bug check code that shows something like "acpi.sys" failure or "0x000000A" bug check number.
also u can run the following software to see all the dump file if u haven't performed any disk clean on C drive.
    http://bluescreenview.en.softonic.com/
let us know the bug check code u find. give a screenshot or search google with the bug code.
