    @ashiqurrahman

    Processor: intel core i5 4570-----------------------------------16.5k
    Mobo: MSI B85 G41-------------------------------------------7.5k
    Ram: Corsair 4x2 GB 1600----------------------------------------6.5k
    Casing: TT commander GS II----------------------------------3.5k
    PSU: TT smart 550-------------------------------------------7.5k
GPU: AMD 7870 GHz Edition or AMD R9 270x ------------------20k
Monitor: Dell S2240L(7ms -IPS panel) or ASUS VS228H(5ms -TN panel )------------------------14k (your choice but keep in mind that the difference between 7ms and 5ms isn't noticeable )
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Total----------------------------75.5k
And you can reduce the price by bargaining a bit .. also if you buy everything from one shop you should get a good discount

u can get CM gx550w for 6.5k...causing the total cost to reduce by 1k...btw minimum requirement for a 7870 or R9 270x is 550w...so taking a 450w would be a baaaaaaad choice!!! :/
    Why do u need a H87 board??? :/

The basic things about b85 and h87 is: H87 get 6 sata3 and have raid, b85 get 4 sata3, 2 sata2 and no raid. again The H87 board is mostly about more ports/connectors, plus Intel SRT (SSD caching). If you don't need them, you don't need to pay the extra money

Are you going to SLI ??? if not then B85 is the way to go .
for more info about the mobos take a look at here
And about that PSU ,450W will be risky for the system .. you should take atleast a 550W unit as it is also recommended for that gfx card. you can take CM GX 550W 6.5k if you want to reduce your cost .

In gaming you won't get any advantage nor there will be any disadvantage.

Sniper board has a better look that's all I can say.

moreover B85 has everything u need for gaming/general purpose using.

    PCI Express x16 3.0 slot
    Intel LAN
    Decent Audio
    USB 3.0
    SATA 3.0

so y spending more money on 87 if u dont plan overclocking!

anyway XFX PSU's are also good.
but I will recommend Cooler master/Thermaltake

with 6.5k u can get a Thermaltake SE630 i guess. pretty good power supply. my brother is using one.not a single issue so far.

XFX PSUs are, in fact, miles ahead in performance than the Coolermaster, Thermaltake PSUs of the same wattage available here. Coolermaster GX series is beyond crap, it's their worst PSU series and it's nowhere near XFX, trust me. Go with XFX if you find one for a good price. I had both the 550W Core and the 650W XXX editions and I can definitely vouch for them. The 550W was priced at around 6.2k when it was available.
