Default Paying for android developers account from Bangladesh.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask. I am about to release an android app but I still do not have a developer's account I know I have to pay $25 for that. But how do I pay? They say they accept visa. But will my EBL visa debit card work ( which obviously is meant to be only used in Bangladesh)? Or do I need to follow another method? If you have done this before please help me.

I haven't done this before, so here is my 2 cents.

Experiment with your card and register for Google wallet. If Google can't verify the card, you can change the card number.
Then call EBL about your problem and/or try a prepaid Travel card.

Seems like you are going to publish your app for free. Regardless, do tell your tale of endeavor after you publish your app.

I think I am going to wait a while and see if I get some advice from someone who has done this before. Yes this is a free app ( a game to be precise).Google doesn't allow publishing of paid apps from Bangladesh yet anyways. The game isn't still finished. You will see some shameless promotion once it hits the market though

You can pay via an international credit card. Or Dutch Bangla Bank has a service where they provide you with a virtual credit card. You pay them the amount you have to pay and they will pay it on your behalf. Contact DBBL for more info.

If they allow paypal, you can pay me the money. I will purchase the account/pay the fee for you.

No, Google wallet won't accept deposits from PayPal.

Edit: It works with credit/debit cards for international use.
