Don't know... i always get good service and warranty from all the stores i buy products from.... Ryans Computer, Computer Source ltd, United Computer Center (yes UCC), Global brand pvt ltd, Binary logic and Rishit Computers.

The poll should have multi-selection option.

Techno planet systems, sr-244(2nd floor), are the worst among them for me, they sold various faulty products, got a faulty dell e 2211h monitor and a faulty F&D speaker from them, I need to go there number of times for the warranty as well.

If those items were intact and sealed when you bought them, then the manufacturers are to be blamed, not the store. And if they were not intact and the seal was broken, well then the blame goes to the store... and also you, because you didn't checked carefully before buying.

Digitus computer is a good shop. The owner is a really nice guy, have been buying things from them for like 5-6years now. Never had any issue with warranty. Computer source is good with warranties too. Ryans er service amr kache karap lagey :/ Got a dell from them, the laptop had motherboard issues. They took over 3 months to fix the laptop

+1 for Digitus. buying since when I was in university. Owner, Rumi Bhai always stands by products. Digitus usually my first stop at BCS, but Rumi bhai does not stock very hi-end stuff, or professional stuff.
Recently, I have noticed that most arse-holic shops at BCS have turned into gentlemen.

    Rishit computers.
Their aftersell service is good. They replaced my 1TB HD after the price hiked to double of buying price.
