    Default full hd monitor within 17k

    as per the title i'm planning to buy a monitor, full HD, within 17k. is it possible?

    suggest names. and also will there be HDMI cable provided?

    Get an Asus MS228/ML229,
    better picture quality, and response time comparing to Dell or Samsung(within same price range)
    both of them have HDMI input. But asus won't provide HDMI cable. They will give you a DVI to HDMI converter, Which fully works with NVIDIA, but wont work with Intel HD and many of the AMD older series cards.

    Don't think that is the Dell S2240L. Monitor looks way different.
