    Ya, what Fox Mulder says.
But their website is updated rather infrequently. But you can call them if you don't find it in their website.

Global wasn't like this always, once upon a time they were very good with RMA but their methods of overpricing Asus and other products that they import pretty much backfired on them, I'll give you an example: I think it was in 2005/06 when there was a declaration that there was going to be TAX implied on pc components, and people rushed like crazy to buy pcs before the TAX was implemented (which really never happened later, but it sure gave people a scare) and I was supposed to help a friend to buy a cheap PC, I saw almost ten folks the same day who were looking to buy a pc just like my friend did, and just like me, all of them went into Global, saw the products and the prices, rushed out of their ASAP and finally went on to buy pcs from some other store. I actually had an argument with a Global rep who was telling me that a Pentium D 3.0 Ghz is a superior product than the Dual Core 2.0 Ghz anyways, that's how Global's business took a downfall, not only that their products were overpriced but their behavior changed (and not in a good way) and the quality of their service took a down-hill slide over time.

But akhon kemon ? Khachrami kore naki ? (Sorry for my language)

The reason that I am asking about Global's warranty policy is because when I first joined BG I saw a LOT of posts from users saying Global was very bad in terms of warranty, so i wanna be sure before I buy anything.

And apart from Global can anyone recommend other shops from where I can buy a ASUS monitor or will it be better if I bring one from Malaysia (I might be going there in a few weeks time) ?

I actually had an argument with a Global rep who was telling me that a Pentium D 3.0 Ghz is a superior product than the Dual Core 2.0 Ghz anyways, that's how Global's business took a downfall, not only that their products were overpriced but their behavior changed (and not in a good way) and the quality of their service took a down-hill slide over time.

Finally got myself an ASUS MX239H from Global and I have to say this is an awesome monitor. My previous monitor had a very bland, faded look to it no matter how I calibrated it but this one is AWESOME !
