Out of those list of choices, you have to decide whether you'd go mechanical or rubber.

Logitech G510 is just a rubber dome gaming keyboard with extra features such as macro keys and an LCD. The LCD can be handy if you overclocking and need to watch temps all the time. GPUz/Coretemp as templates for the Logi LCD which works very well.

Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 is a pure mechanical USB keyboard. It won't have full NKRO afaik, but it's mechanical and features Cherry MX Blue switches. If you haven't used mechanical before, blue switches are very very loud and clicky. Blues/Browns are great for typing but for FPS Blacks are always preferred because of the tactile feedback. It's also a glossy finish, and is prone to smudges and finger prints but overall a fine board.

Razer Anasi MMO is a rubber dome to the best of my knowledge, no comments here.

Corsair Vengeance K90 sports Cherry MX Red keys, and has macro keys as well. Overall the keyboard feels very nice, and the keys are also great. Reds fall in between Browns and Blues and really nice to type/game on. They don't require as much force as blacks and neither are they too loud as blues. Overall if you accustomed to a mech kb before, you'll like the reds after sometime.

The K90 is also not a full mechanical keyboard if I'm correct. Please google this for more info, Corsair chose not to use some keys as mechanical.

Thermaltake Meka-G Unit is a Cherry Black MX board. I owned this one myself, and it's a good keyboard but nothing any extra ordinary. Though after sometime the keys felt a bit smoother than before. They are really hard to type on as with any Cherry MX Blacks. But for FPS such as CS, it is really good. The one drawback of this keyboard is that it's unnecessarily big and carrying it to LANs(if you are into that) was a problem. The Blacks also need a good while to get used to, they are not as hard as my current 7G but still you'll need some time getting familiar with it coming from regular gaming rubber domes.

My advice would be to go for a Thermaltake Meka G1 or a Steelseries 6Gv2 if you can find them. They are both around 11k.

What kind of keyboard you use will always be of personal preference. If you wish to purchase you first mechanical keyboard, see if you can get the sales people
to open it up for you before buying. Take some time and do some typing on it. You yourself can find what type of switch you feel comfortable
    using.

@dipanzan has provided a very good explanation of how the switches behave and sound, but they will mean nothing to you if you have never tried a mechanical
keyboard. Sometimes, the keyboard box provides a cutout of a couple of keys, but i don' think pressing on those alone will give you a decision.

Personally, I would love to have a mechanical keyboard (haven't made a preference on switch) that has no marking on the keycaps.
    Something like this.

@dipanzan : Steelseries keyboard look very plain. I am not looking for any ultra uber high performance keyboard just a decent upgrade from my TT Challenger Ultimate. Can you name me any keyboard that have Cherry MX Black keys ?

@NahyaN : I want to buy a mechanical keyboard coz never used one.

I heard that the BlackWidow has a lot of issues. Is it that bad or are people exaggerating coz I prefer buying this compared to the others.

"Steelseries keyboard look very plain"- spot on! That's why I prefer them over other keyboards, at least here in BD since you don't get much choices. Just google a bit, the best mechs for the money are really plain simple boards. One of my favorites is the Ducky and CM QuickFire series, they are ANSI layout keyboards and I can type on them with my eyes blind. What gaming companies do is that they change the layout making it less preferable sometimes.

I type a lot and my sister who rarely visits nowadays also love my keyboard just because of the feedback it provides. Unless you use one 1st hand, can't really explain it as NahyaN bhai said.

The only available Cherry MX Blacks in BD are the Thermaltake eSports Meka, G1, and G-Unit out of which I owned both the G1 and G-Unit. Then there's Steelseries 6Gv2 and 7G, and I'm currently using the latter.

The G1 has audio outs/extra USB pass through and is an US ANSI keyboard. The OEM is also very good, if not one of the best. The drawback of this keyboard is the cable which is very thick and sturdy, you can't flex them at all and it looks hideous. Though Zulk said the newer revisions changed it to a more lighter cable which is good. The G-Unit has clustered LEDs, mainly for keys like WASD, and extra media keys. Mech(gaming) keyboards usually don't have the left Windows but acts more like a function key to make use of the F1-F4 keys as media keys. Then there's the customization of the LEDs, pulse/static. Both are native USB keyboards but the G1 is supplied with a USB to PS/2 converter enabling full NKRO.

My current 7G is just a plain keyboard with a huge wrist rest, if not the biggest supplied with any gaming keyboard I've come across. It's a native PS/2 keyboard meaning full NKRO out of the box. Audio/USB pass throughd just like the G1. The build quality is like a tank(Steelseries even advertises it on their website) but the lettering is not the best as its wearing out on the WASD keys, and as expected I'm a CS players- those 4 keys are the most important to me. The 6Gv2 is just the 7G without the wrist rest and the pass throughs and maybe a bit better solder on the 7G but nothing to praise at.

Bought a TT Meka G-Unit today. Keyboard looks awesome, feel awesome to play CS with this but typing feels like crap. Everytime I write something with this feels like i haven't pressed the buttons hard enough. Nevertheless awesome Keyboard.

Its a drawback of all the Ch Black switches. If you want typing, go for Blues.

I knew that but I didn't think it would be this bad. Oh well still immensely happy with what I bought. I hope this is a better keyboard than the Razer BlackWidow.

Give it some time, this is the 1st time you are using a mechanical right? The G unit has the softest keys even if it uses Cherry Blacks. They are no where near as hard as the 7G/Meka G1, you are lucky you didn't get those lol.

I dont think you have another option Specially after spending ~10k after a single keyboard!
